We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was perfect for our family of four, with cozy, well-appointed rooms and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The setting was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Great host,getting up early for us for check out as we needed to be early at the airport. (6am). Perfect location to reach Umhlanga rocks for dinner and walks. Provided us good tips regarding things to do/visit. Very spacious living room and kitchen with all top appliances available. Mobile pool table as a nice complementary feature. Extraordinary view on the ocean.

The accommodation has all the facilities necessary for a long vacation. It is quiet and cozy, with a private pool, so we could have a good rest. It is clean and beautifully decorated - a real pleasure for the eyes. The owners are always around and ready to help if you need anything. We had such a lovely stay! I recommend it!

    Lovely cottage for four, very clean and great value for money. Lovely introduction to Durban (our first visit there) as easy to travel to and from the cottage to the centre / beachfront etc. Shared grounds are lovely and the cottage has more than enough space for family / friends travelling together. Staff on site to help with any queries were very welcoming and helpful - thank you Virginia. Next time we visit Durban we will definitely book accommodation at Smith's

    Well sometimes you really don't have all the words to describe joy, Thank you to the hosts, such a clean and lovely cottage, the plants were beautiful, the view was amazing, value for money. The cottage had everything we needed and more. They placed treats for us and our daughter she wasn't part of our trip but due to inconveniences we had to come with her,the hosts catered for her.

    Super warm welcoming, felt so warm and like coming home. Cozy cottage in little older style but with great utilities and space. Greatly enjoyed the outdoor terrace under roof. Host couple made me feel I was at my parents place, warm and soo supportive with tips on what to do and see. Will definatelly come back to this rare gem.

    We have had an amazing time at Smiths cottage! Really comfortable bed and cozy rooms, kitchen and swimmingpool included! The hosts are amazing. They are so kind and really helped us planning our journey through SA and Lesotho and gave us advice about car rental companies! The location is good! Uber drivers were always available to drive you somewhere and it's a super safe area to stay at.
