Good quality beds and bedding, and very thirsty towels!!!! A little gem of a place and we were able to take our Yorkie with us. A home away from home! So unique, decor is beautiful and very stylish. Love love love!!!! Very private setting and very homely.

It looked exactly like the images and is located in a stunning estate. The cottage was very neat, spacious , well equipped and allows for privacy. Our host was extremely accommodating and friendly. It was very peaceful and a weekend away I definitely needed. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone needing a place to stay during travels or even a night away from chaos They will be seeing me again 🫶🏻

    Beautiful location with amazing onsite cafe and bakery, perfectly located for MTB trails. Tastefully done, rustic accommodation with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Cozy fireplace that warmed the whole cottage.

    The accommodation is very private and quiet. The inside of the cottage is very bright and has a feeling of being in nature. Good use of some antique building materials give it a nice individual touch. It was end November yet rather cold outside - The fireplace kept us warm and cosy. Firewood was provided by the host. There are some short hiking trails on the property. I enjoyed the morning walks. There are good opportunities for bird watching nearby. The Karkloof Conservancy is a short drive away.
