Great house with lots of space, comfortable beds and a huge kitchen. I've never had such a well equiped kitchen in any holiday accommodation. The house is located right in the middle of the town center and the pool is nice too

We had the most wonderful time. The room was spacious and comfortable. The dinner offered at the cute dining area was absolutely delicious, best meal we have had so far. The hosts made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were sad to leave.

I had an amazing stay at Lodge Afrique! Muriel, our host, went out of her way to make everything perfect. The staff were super helpful, giving us great recommendations and helping us book local tours we wouldn’t have found on our own. Muriel even dropped me off for my horse riding, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hospitality here really reflects the warm and welcoming spirit of South Africa. On top of all that, when I forgot my medication, the staff made sure it was sent to my next destination. Truly exceptional service!

The pictures don't do the house and surroundings justice! Such a great space, wonderful location, and excellent views. It's surrounded by nature, and we spent most mornings having coffee outside while watching and listening to the bird life. We were greeted by a kingfisher when we arrived! The plant life, both wild and in the garden, is amazing, too. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (with double beds) along with a bathroom, living room, and kitchen (with everything you need in it, including washing up items and tea, coffee and milk for your arrival). There is also both a covered and uncovered verandah overlooking the forest and ocean. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a lovely balcony with sofas. The main bedroom (double bed) upstairs leads through the smaller bedroom (2 single beds) to the bathroom, so upstairs is great for families with kids. The windows all have built in mosquito nets and the doors have gates. Leandra was incredibly helpful and responded to messages very quickly. Clear instructions on how to get there, park, check out etc. She's great! We have recommended this holiday home to friends and family in SA and back in England and will certainly stay here again.

Spotless, well equipped chalets set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Pool area overlooks the estuary and is a great place to watch the sunset. Good location to access the Isimangoliso Wetlands, Eastern shore well worth a day visit. Felt very safe here, they has a night security guard who I think was protecting us from the hippos which disappointingly didn’t show up.

Peace Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home in St Lucia, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.
