FYI to anyone using public transport: You get dropped off about 1km from the property but it is up a gravel hill so if you have suitcases or heavy bags you'll have to negotiate with some of the drivers to take you up (a 4WD is best) or you arrange with the accommodation in advance they can help you with this as there isn't always drivers around. The staff at the property are super helpful and they'll be talking with you on WhatsApp before you arrive so you won't be stuck. Being up the gravel path also means you are in a good spot to start the trek to Valbone if you are planning to do it. We started from our accommodation, went to the view point and then returned to Theth and it was incredible!

I stayed here for just one night, but the place left a very warm impression on me. The sunset was especially memorable — it was beautifully visible during dinner, right from the terrace overlooking the scenic Lake Shkodra. The food was delicious and felt homemade with care. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had to leave very early in the morning, and the hostess thoughtfully packed me a breakfast to go: a pancake, fresh fruit, and homemade strawberry jam. It was such a touching gesture. Thank you for the cozy atmosphere, attention, and hospitality!

A very beautiful villa surrounded by mountains, nature and fresh air. It is very clean and has good air conditioning and heating, even in the bathroom and shower. It has an outdoor Jacuzzi and another pool at the bottom of the villas. It has a preparatory kitchen, a large refrigerator and a sofa bed for a third person. Unfortunately, we stayed one night and it was not enough to discover the beauty of Theth village and the national park. I recommend staying two nights in this location with its natural beauty. God willing, I will visit this residence in the future.
