The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Camosun College. Truly wonderful hosts who have curated a clean, comfortable suite with all sorts of personal touches for their guests. They anticipated anything you could possibly need/ want and were so kind and responsive. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again!

The rooms come with a balcony with views of the river. Lovely place for a getaway, really nice to look out on the estuary and watch all the birds and everything else going on. Rusted Rake just down the road is a lovely place to eat too!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 19 km from Royal Roads University. We had a delightful time at Baylight. The downstairs apartment is clean and feels fresh, the beds were super comfortable (in fact I peeked at the brand so I would know for future mattress purchases) and the whole place is adorably decorated. They are still working on getting the kitchen set up, so if you are coming in the near future, bring meals and foods you can warm up in the microwave, bagels for the toaster, and don’t forget the ice cream which you can have while enjoying the gorgeous view outside your door. Catherine and Jeff were wonderful to work with and very responsive. All around, a wonderful home base for those planning on exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island.

Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. It had a nice view of the ferry and the water. Great location to walk down the stairs nearby and be right on the main drag.
