The host JC (French who lives there and speaks the language), who owns the villa, is the best one I have ever encountered in my many years of travelling. Not only did he arrange for a taxi transfer from the airport, he was there at the villa to guide us around, explain things, and then took us on a tour around the main city Santa Maria, explaining where to exchange money, eat the best, shop for groceries etc. Throughout the week, he was there to help arranging for tours (we did sailing, quad, diving, kite surf), brought in some water as well, and was always reacting within a few hours on questions. Du jamais vu! The island itself is beautiful, the people are very nice, and this together with the quality of the villa and the JC service made it very special for all of us.

A real highlight is the hosts, Berta & Rui: They are incredibly helpful and always go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Whether it’s tips about the island, organizing excursions, or small personal requests – they were always there to assist. We highly recommend Casa Pau and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
