The villa has a unique and elegant style—every detail has been carefully considered and imbued with a special flair. Situated in one of Prague's most beautiful areas, surrounded by fresh air and nature, the villa is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The amenities are superb: a large and comfortable swimming pool, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a fantastic sauna—everything is clean, modern, and in perfect condition. There's also a wonderful outdoor area with a barbecue, a smokehouse for cooking meat, and a spacious terrace where the whole family can gather, cook, and enjoy the evening. We would happily return and highly recommend this villa!

The location was perfect for us, as it’s very close to my daughter’s university. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and peaceful. There’s a bus stop right next to the house, so getting around was super easy. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful — he showed us everything we needed. The house is enough new, clean, and very functional, with everything you might need. The kitchen is well equipped. There’s an amazing winter garden surrounded by greenery and also a lovely garden outside. The decoration is beautiful — it gives the house a cozy and slightly mystical atmosphere. The floor heating kept the place perfectly warm, and it truly felt like staying at a close relative’s home. We were more than satisfied! Even when our kettle broke, the host immediately replaced it with a new one. Highly recommended!

It was excellent. The location was near perfect and the property seemed better than the pictures portray. I loved the 360° lawn & sizeable Indoor & outdoor space for the kids to play. I should mention the sauna warmed up fast. It was a pleasant stay indeed.

Very well designed modern apartment with lovely hosts. We had a great time. It's a bit far from the city, but we managed with public transport most of the time. The fact that we could park our car inside the premises was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great stay, highly recommended.

We had everything prepared for us. The pool was heated. It was super clean! There was everything necessary for cooking, grill and so on. Never enjoyed a stay more than this one!
