It's very quit, right behind the waterfront on the west bank where there are a bunch of nice places to eat. A pretty garden and the pool was very enjoyable. Wifi worked well, and smart tv with youtube and netflix was great for entertainment and getting some history lessons before visiting the sites. Just walk out the door and for a buck or 2 you are on the other side of the Nile or within moments you'll find a taxi to take you to the valley of the kings. We loved it. Owner was very communicative, speaks good English and always responded promptly via whatsapp. 10/10

Villa Diletta Luxor se nachází ve čtvrti West bank v destinaci Luxor. Colossi of Memnon je 3,7 km odtud a Medinet Habu Temple 4,8 km. Loved the owner and he made every effort for a great stay !! Would love to stay again

Spacious, comfortable apartment, kind host. Communication was easy and fast. Good location,, but quiet. If you need help visiting the sites , you can ask the host.

Beautiful place, clean pool and near a lot of good cheap shops and close to ferry and cafes and restaurants. The owner and his son Ibraham were amazing and helpful. They did shopping for me and brought breakfast and made it an amazing time

Villa Kayan is new, clean and comfortable. The location is great, on a quiet side street next to a banana plantation, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the Nile riverside where you can find shops, cafes and restaurants. It has everything you need to feel at home, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. The owner, Islam, is a great guy. He's kind, helpful and speaks decent english. I will be coming back next time I'm in Luxor.

The pictures do not show how great it is. It is a spectacularly custom built home, very expensively built with custom, carved hardwood doors and arched windows everywhere, beautifully decorated, etc. It's in a quiet, peaceful street looking out onto green space. With a spotless inviting swimming pool to boot! Wow. And the host Alla was always available to answer questions, organise help, etc - a really great host. We would STRONGLY recommend this place.

Really beautiful both in and out. Very nice and extremely helpful host. Easy to go to all sights. Many restaurants close by and easy to get a boat to cross to the other side of Nile.

I had the professor’s paradise to myself! The breakfast on the upper terrace was great. The walk along the Nile into town just great, even at night. I oxen, camels, horses, sheep and goats. I saw children playing and balloons filling the sky. The wonderful staff helped me rent a bike and I rode it to all the sites! I liked the historical sites close to the villa better than the valley of the kings because it was less crowded. I think it would be best to stay for while here.

Ive been to egypt 3 times now - and this stay definetly blew all the others out of the water in terms of hospitality, quality(both food and the villa) and location(short drive from the main attractions, city center and airport without the usual egyptian noise) Mohammed, the host - super nice and comfortable host. Arranged activites, transport and sightseeing without any hassle. Best part however, was the hotel employees, the guides and the drivers he set us up with. Absolutely a joy to stay and if we ever come back - this is definetly the place we're staying at. Also dont bother going out to eat - the in house chef is fantastic!
