If you want to have the absolute best stay in Luxor, you have to stay at Momo’s Rose Villa. We are a family with two girls aged 15 and 19 and we stayed at the villa for 3 nights. The villa itself is really amazing. Not only does it have a lot of space, it is also equipped with everything you need. It is very clean and has a lovely feel to it to walk on barefoot, which I like a lot. It has a beautiful garden with so many flowers and a really nice pool, equipped with sunbeds and a nice lawn to play on or lie in the sun. Even a lovely seat to drink your coffee early in the morning. A little present for the girls: Momo has a really sweet cat (Mimi) which had three little kittens at the time we had our stay. My girls named the kittens Ramses (red one because he was the most playful), Isis (black one, because Isis is the goddess of magic), Cleo (from Cleopatra because she was the most beautiful). Momo is a really terrific host, so very, very kind with this fantastic positive vibe we really loved. You can reach him any time of the day and he helps you with everything you need. He absolutely makes sure that you lack nothing. He even wants to take you on his sailing boat for a small price to see the sunset from the Nile. (Unfortunately, we missed that one because a sandstorm was announced). Even though the temple of Luxor is on the other side of the Nile, you can get there by boat in 5 minutes, which Momo arranges for you or he takes you himself. Rose Villa is, without a doubt, the best place to stay in this area if you do want to see and feel the real life of the Egyptians but in the meanwhile stay in a clean and luxurious villa. We really, really loved it!!!

Great location on the calmer Westside. Great wifi (we both work online). Offers transportation from the Eastside for much cheaper than you can get elsewhere with all your luggage. More spacious than we expected with AC in the bedroom and very big bathroom. Host is very trustworthy and helpful which I do not expect in Egypt. Actually one of the few people you can really trust. Offered if we want to go anywhere in a tour etc he’d contact his people to get a price, but also told us no pressure at all, do your research or even book online or with someone else. Places in Cairo for example would 100% be pushy and scam you here. We did the hot air balloon ride through him and a Nile sunset ride. Both very fair priced, even at the competitive bottom from prices online. Not exactly sure how it compares to offers on the street, but probably very good too. Plus you go with people you can actually trust without getting scammed. Also did a valley of the kings plus some more westbank things with a driver and guide through the host. Nice driver, guide spoke great English, had great information (we overheard some “guides” in places basically pointing out “hey this is a rock”. You get the idea.) This one was worth every dollar. Would 100% book again if we come back to Luxor.

Beautiful place, clean pool and near a lot of good cheap shops and close to ferry and cafes and restaurants. The owner and his son Ibraham were amazing and helpful. They did shopping for me and brought breakfast and made it an amazing time

Fantastic place. The pictures do not show how great it is. It is a spectacularly custom built home, very expensively built with custom, carved hardwood doors and arched windows everywhere, beautifully decorated, etc. It's in a quiet, peaceful street looking out onto green space. With a spotless inviting swimming pool to boot! Wow. And the host Alla was always available to answer questions, organise help, etc - a really great host. We would STRONGLY recommend this place.

The villa is spacious, calm, and beautifully located on the West Bank of Luxor. With three bedrooms and six beds (including one large double, two comfy 1.5-person beds and three singles), it’s perfect for groups or anyone who just likes a bit of extra space. The balconies are huge and offer stunning views—front-facing ones look straight towards the Valley of the Kings, and the rooftop gives you an unbelievable 360° panorama over the Nile and the surrounding desert. Sunset up there is magic. Inside, everything is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is surprisingly big. The location is ideal too: peaceful, but with plenty of charming local restaurants just a short walk away. And honestly, the hosts make the experience complete—they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. If you’re looking for a relaxed, authentic West Bank stay with picture-perfect views, this place is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, even more stunning than in the pictures. It is a true oasis, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Gaber and Mohamed are excellent people, very helpful and respectful. We asked for privacy and they adapted perfectly. In addition, Gaber organized all the tours for us during our stay, completely personalized and accommodating new requests or unexpected changes. One of the best experiences we have ever had. Zona molto tranquilla, Momo (host) molto disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati con le nostre due figlie piccole che si sono innamorate della piscina e del giardino... interni curati, cucina accessoriata, letto comodo, tutto perfetto. presente anche lavatrice. Da considerare che essendo nella west bank è un po' isolata

L’ospitalità è l’accoglienza di Omar sono stati veramente speciali, una persona splendida sempre pronta a dare consigli e aiuto in tutto. La piscina esterna molto bella e comoda per rinfrescarsi nelle ore più calde. Il rapporto qualità prezzo é esagerato. Consigliatissimo
