Its charming rooms are set in a traditional Catalan farmhouse dating from the 16th century. Just fabulous! Clean, spacious, welcoming. We loved the deck overlooking all of the animals. We highly recommend this charming getaway.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, El Molí de Pontons suites con jacuzzi spa is a country house set in a historic building in Pontons, 21 km from Santes Creus Monastery. The property has river and garden views. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. We loved this hotel. We did not stay in the main building with the jacuzzis but in the old stone house in the village which was more in line with our tastes. Upon arrival we learned that the restaurant would be closed that evening so we opted to immediately sit done to a nice lunch. The food was some of the best we've had in Spain and the service perfect. The owner gave us plently of tips on how to spend the few hours we had in the area and we used them well driving through the beautiful country roads and visting several Bodegas. It is definately an area and a hotel that we shall come back to.

Perhaps a little small for the rest of us but perfect for a quick cool off. The hosts were delightful and went out of their way to help us.

Also, there's a friendly dog and some chickens in the home territory. An absolutely wonderful experience in the middle of beautiful vineyards.
