Everything was just perfect about the accommodations, but what really made The experience special was our wonderful communications with Paloma. She was with us every step of the way from before we got to the property until the day we left. We couldn’t have gotten along as well as we did without our communications with her. We are so grateful.

The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. Check-in was completely hassle-free with convenient keyless access. The layout is absolutely spot-on; brilliant shared spaces including the lovely kitchen, plus fantastic outdoor space with garden. Morning coffees and dinners outside will be well remembered for us. The charming cottage offers the best of both worlds: all the home comforts you need and easy access to everything London has to offer. Highly recommended - we’d definitely stay here again!
