When you book smth for 25 lari (10 dollars), you don't expect that much. So I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Magdan guesthouse. It is located in a quite place not far from the centre. The view from the terrace is amazing. The room is pretty convinient, it even has some space to make the morning exercises. And it has its own bathroom. The only point was that it was impossible to open the window, but the fan makes its work, so it is not hot in the room. So it is a nice place, and I recommend it.

Featuring garden views, Woodland Tskaltubo provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 6.4 km from Prometheus Cave. The host was very polite and responsive. He met us at the house, showed everything and left the keys. The house itself is very big with very nice terrace. It was clean and filled with all you need to stay there even for a few weeks. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Recommend to stay here if you go to view Kutaisi neighborhood.

Excellent accommodation in Kutaisi. Very well located. The room is beautiful in Georgian Architectural style. Has good space outside (balcony on ground floor) and big garden to relax and drink Georgian wine. The family host is kind and amazing people. Our best stay in Georgia and will definitely return!

Set only 26 km from Kutaisi Train Station in Bagdatʼi, Chalet Harmony offers accommodation fitted with a patio, garden and outdoor pool. It's very cozy. The chalet is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite big too. The property has a nice garden with hammocks and the chalet itself has outdoor seating too - perfect for a morning coffee. There was an adorable kitten outside which is a welcome bonus! The location is great too - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center.

Located in Kutaisi, 2.7 km from Colchis Fountain and 3.8 km from Bagrati Cathedral, House in the countryside offers air conditioning. The location overlooking the river was beautiful! Wonderful sunsets as you’re facing west, and very peaceful. The property was comfortable and felt spacious with the high ceilings and big windows. The garden is lovely. The owner was really helpful and super responsive. Would suggest double checking the correct address if using taxi services like bolt, as if you put 41 in it navigates elsewhere (weirdly seems to work best if you use 29 or Tamars classic house) Overall loved our stay here!
