The best accommodation till now on Lefkada, i have been 5 times in the row and this was the best, very comfortable clean house with a lot of privacy big garden with olive threes and good internet connection, best hosts, they gave me a lot of information about locations and activities. I will visit again!

I am so glad that I chose to stay here because it was absolutely beautiful and stunning! The property is surrounded by beautiful flowers and greenery that is very well maintained! I stayed in a room with a private plunge pool and was so glad that I did as it was so nice to relax in after a busy day! The views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking! Just out of this world beautiful and gorgeous sunsets! I was very appreciative and extremely happy with the service from the manager Einav as I was celebrating my birthday and they prepared fresh flowers for me in my room, thank you so very much! On top of that, they also helped to arrange many taxi rides for me to various locations within Lefkada, and for this, I was most grateful! The property is about a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of the town and that was very nice to be so close to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Amazing view from the balcony, very friendly host, very comfortable and clean, the house is cleaned daily and towels and sheets changed every 2_3 days. The kitchen is fully equiped. The location is good but you definetly need a car. You also have your dedicated parking spot near the house. Kathisma beach and Agios Nikitias beach (from here you can also choose to walk or take a taxi boat to Milos beach which is stunning) are only around 15 min away, and you can also reach Egremni and Porto Katsiki in 40_50 minutes. There was also a market and coffee shop called Darras very near the houses where you could find everyhting you need for vacations, including groceries.

Sofia is such a wonderful, generous, friendly and lovely person! The grounds and gardens were beautiful, with tropical flowers, soft green grass and an excellent swimming pool. It is easy to see that this hotel is run with the love and attention to detail that only a family run business can provide. Our 1 bedroom suite was beautiful, lots of windows for light and air circulation. The shutters kept it nice and dark at night for sleeping. The air conditioning was perfect since we were there in a heat wave. We were a very easy walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants, yet the property itself was very quiet and calm. I can't say enough good things about our stay here! We loved it! If you're going to Lefkada and want a place where you can enjoy the greenspace and quiet, relax either at the beach or poolside, and also have a warm, kind, cheerful and generous host, definitely book in here! Il nostro soggiorno ad Artblue Villas, nella splendida Villa Rodia, è stato semplicemente incantevole. La vista è un vero quadro vivente, il mare e le montagne si fondono in un panorama mozzafiato, mentre ogni dettaglio è pensato per far sentire gli ospiti coccolati e senza alcun pensiero. Un rifugio perfetto per una coppia che desidera staccare dalla routine e dedicarsi solo al piacere di stare insieme. La colazione merita una menzione speciale!! Ricca, varia e di qualità eccellente, un momento di puro piacere per iniziare la giornata. Lo staff con Dina e Natasha in prima linea è stato incredibilmente professionale ma anche caloroso e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa fin dal primo istante. Da circa dieci anni visitiamo Lefkada ogni estate, assistendo alla sua evoluzione, ma i servizi offerti qui (colazione, massaggi, yoga, pilates, tour in barca o yachting) sono esattamente ciò che sognavamo per rendere questa vacanza indimenticabile. Un grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità attenta, inclusiva e premurosa che ci ha permesso di rilassarci profondamente e tornare a casa con ricordi preziosi. Siamo certi che torneremo!

The location is absolutely ideal very peaceful ,just a short distance from the heart of Agios Nikitas.The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff was extremely helpful.You don’t have to worry about finding a parking spot because there is private parking area.
