The property is non-smoking and is situated 20 km from Segesta. We had a great stay for 4 nights. It is a modern, bright house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The view of the valley was simply breathtaking! The accommodation is located on a small road on the mountain with about 20 min drive from Castellamare. The last few meters are a gravel road that you have to drive carefully, but otherwise no problem. We received a very warm welcome and the first time we were even accompanied up from the valley by our hosts to hand over the keys. The kitchen is very well equipped (coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, pans, pots, oil etc) and we cooked several evenings. The rooms were very spacious and the two bathrooms were large enough. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a balcony. The bedroom downstairs has direct access to the terrace. There was also a washing machine, garden furniture, a charcoal grill and air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the kitchen/dining room. Our hosts were lovely. We got lots of tips for excursions from them and had good communication throughout via messages in Italian and English. They even welcomed us with local pastries, mandarins, oranges, lemons and wine. They were always available for questions and we got our small deposit back at the end without any problems after the handover. All in all, the accommodation was a lucky find. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave again in the beautiful sunshine.

We loved the view from the front patio property. We ate out there a couple of times and it was lovely. We also enjoyed walking into Scopello. We loved visiting the Torre and swimming in the crystal clear water. Unfortunately the nature reserve was closed due to a fire, or we would have spent time there also.

The property is allergy-free and is situated 200 metres from Guidaloca Beach. We had a lovely stay in this 4-bedroom house on the hill above Guidaloca Beach. The incredibly warm welcome by the family made it an extra special start to our stay. The outdoor sitting areas were especially nice. All the bedrooms have mini splits and very comfortable beds. It was a perfect location between Scopello and Castellamare. Danielle was so generous and helpful with all of her advice and even made us a dinner reservation for a special Father’s Day dinner. The washing machine was an added bonus! Thank you, Danielle and family!
