My parents and I really loved our stay here. It is a beautiful, modern, bright apartment, and it’s been so nice to sit on the balcony. We love this part of the town as it’s a bit quieter, but still a short walk to the historic centre. The host was very attentive and helpful.

The place was spacious and clean and had everything we needed! There was fresh fruit and limoncello in the fridge when we arrived. The apartment was in a great location only a minutes walk to shops/ restaurants; about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and faces out to a roadway that can be quite noisy (we wore earplugs and it was fine). Natalia even let us leave our bags secured after we checked out until our out ferry later in the afternoon!

Amazing location, close to the main road leading to Sorrento and Positano, sorrunded by lemon orchard. Very friendly host. The apartment was specious and clean. We also bought some limoncello from the owner, and it was great! Railway station is a 15-minute walk. Shops and restaurants 10min walk. There is also a caffe bar in front of the facility. I would definitely come back!

The location is great very near to the train station and city center, and also there are supermarkets just next to the apartment. We had a great stay.

Everything was perfect. We found this hotel by chance, by far it's been the best place we've ever stayed during our road trip in Italy. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for another night. Thanks to Caterina and all the other ladies who helped us feel home, and relax! We will be definitely back soon!

The location of this property in the heart of Termini was wonderful. So quiet, and many areas accessible. We had a car, that we parked up near the square in the allocated space rather than managing the narrow and steep entrance to the property. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. It had all we needed for our stay, which included cooking dinner and watching the sunset with Capri in sight. The hosts, Fely and Umberto and family were amazing. You could not wish for anyone better. So attentive, but also we felt very private. We love walking/hiking, and the opportunities right on our doorstep were perfect. Plenty of hills with rewards at the end.

Lovely quiet location but will need a car which we did have. Nearest restaurants will be Sorrento so a 20 min drive. Sunset from our balcony was amazing

Villa Rosa is a hidden gem in an amazing location with fantastic views, superb food, wonderful staff and team and felt like you were staying with friends at a country house.
