Everything is new, well designed and the equipment is outstanding. The location is very convenient and the price is great for bigger groups or families travelling together. We had a short connection to Osaka's major attractions like the aquarium or the expo.

My friends & I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it so much that we were upset that we didn't book for longer. The house is a gorgeous traditional Japanese house that was so comfortable and accommodating. Niho is the sweet lady that lives at Udatsuya and rents out the house. She checked in with us, fed us breakfast every morning, and even did our laundry while we were out seeing the city. We simply adored her. We know that when we visit Osaka in the future, we will try to stay here again.

The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. For this price point in Japan, it is rare to find a private house with such good facilities. Having two toilet areas and a separate shower room, together with a private dining space, made the stay very convenient and comfortable, especially for families. The host is responsive and easy to contact, which is reassuring as this is a private accommodation rather than a hotel. Location-wise, it is a good base. It is close to major attractions such as the Osaka Aquarium, the Ferris wheel, USJ area, and nearby shopping and dining options. There are also small eateries and supermarkets within walking distance. Osaka-ko Station is very nearby, making transport easy. Parking is available. While the garage may not be suitable for larger vehicles (such as 7-seaters or large MPVs), there are many paid parking options outside nearby. Overnight parking outside is reasonably priced and easy to find using Google Maps. The house is a three-storey property, so guests with large or heavy luggage should take their time when carrying bags upstairs. For drivers with bigger cars, the on-site garage may not be practical, and parking outside is required (paid separately). The neighbourhood is residential and not a touristy area. This is not a negative point, but guests should be mindful to respect local customs and be considerate of neighbours, as residents value quietness and rules. Overall, the house feels spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities inside are of a very high standard.

The three bedrooms are located on the second floor, while the dining area, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor, which is very convenient and clean. Before check-in, I also asked the owner some questions and received very prompt replies with clear instructions. If you're driving there yourself, the location is easy to find, and there is sufficient parking space. However, the street at the entrance is a bit narrow, so if the vehicle is too long, you may need to back into the parking spot.

JAPAVISTA Unlimited si trova in zona Baia di Osaka ad Osaka, a 2,5 km da Minatokumin Center, 2,6 km da Wiste Mall e 3 km da Nankeiji Temple. The property was extremely clean and we loved the theming throughout the entire property. There were plenty of dishes and linens for all of our needs. It was in a great location for all the places we wanted to visit while we were there. I think the biggest highlight of the property was the indoor interactive playground that our kids had a blast playing with.
