The house was well supplied with conveniences like selection of coffee pods (for the coffee machine) and sugar/creamer, plastic and trash bags, condiments, paper towels and tissues. There was air conditioning for every room, including the living/dining/kitchen, which worked effectively although the weather was very hot (up to 36C during the day). Most importantly for me, the house had a car parking lot.

The owner was impeccable 👌 from the prior communication, and after checkout support as well (he had an injury on his hand and still took us to the station). Just priceless! The house is very nice as well, Takayama owns our hearts now.

Amazing host!! Recommended for perfect experience living in Japanese style homes 🏠 with scenic views of mountains and river. Soothing and relaxing ☺️ Kids loved it👍

Staying in this gem of a place was the highlight of our japan trip..being surrounded by t art decor was surreal..every corner of this MUSEUM--HOME kept us in admiration..Also it was spotlessly CLEAN and ,this home had everything that you needed..a fully equipped kitchen,a home theatre and even an open to sky extra bath..the 2 bedrooms are very tastefully decorated in Japanese style.. Inspite of the language barrier,THE OWNER went over and beyond to communicate and help us with all our queries...he was a very kind,pleasant and caring man....at the time of our checkout,we asked him to order for 2 taxis to drop us off to the train station..to our surprise,he dropped us off in his personal car and refused to charge us for it...this act really touched us. The LOCATION is superb,it's on t street parallel to historic street..Sanmachi street..There are a lot of restaurants close by too. I rate this home a 10/10..and will highly recommend it for your stay in TAKAYAMA

Yoshiki Stay asub Furukawas, Takayama jaamast vaid 15 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on aiavaated, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. There's not a single thing we didn't like about this place - it's so nice, big, well equipped with everything... Honestly, this was one of the best places we've stayed at during our Japan trip. It's easy to find, the host met us, showed us to place to park our car, explained everything and even recommended a really great restaurant to go to. Honestly, this is how it should be done.
