The spacious holiday home with a terrace and mountain views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub. The unit is soundproofed and includes a parquet floors as well as a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. Mako land is a peaceful, cosy, calm and serene sanctuary. The house is full of whimsy and character - great collection of memories and antiques. A truly unique experience and one not to be missed. We loved the warm and homely feel. The under floor heating was divine especially when it was cold. The house was big enough to give everyone a little bit of space. Beds and futon were comfy. All amenities provided but I would suggest bringing your own body wash. Hiroshi and his wife were welcoming, so hospitable and happy to assist. We had a hire car so travelling from the house outbound was easy. We did not use public transport. Sell drive would be my preferred way to get around Toyama. The house is close to convenience stores and restaurants. Highly recommended.
