A very beautiful villa that has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We ended up staying here for a week because it was such a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

Lovely, cosy spot in Jaffna. Clean accommodation with great air conditioning units in each bedroom. Kaja and his family went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our time in Jaffna. He also had great recommendations for tours and things to do both in Jaffna and other parts of Sri Lanka. Not quite walkable into town due to dogs and traffic but was a short and cheap tuktuk drive away to the main attractions.

Our hosts Hilda and Berty were just wonderful in every respect. Hilda is a wealth of knowledge about the local area and helped us to plan our days in Jaffna. Berty is a wonderful host and an incredible cook who made delicious breakfast. These varied each day and were delicious . The guest house was comfortable. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This property is super clean, it shines .!The proprietor is helpful and he allowed us to leave bags in our room when we we went on a trip to delft island, basically he gave us the rooms free for that extra night as he was quiet at the beginning of the season in Jaffna , he is a kind relaxed gentleman, he is not doing food at the moment but he provided a good kitchen with microwave , kettle and fully stocked with cutlery and crockery in his beautiful home apartment, the apartment had a huge terrace balcony for relaxing. Very nice place. It's a bit difficult to find, but the host was kind enough to come to the main junction in a tuk tuk and guide us to the villa. The property is clean, with comfortable beds and good air-conditioning. Well worth the price and I would definitely come back.
