I had a really good stay at this villa. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and overall it felt like a great spot for a getaway. A few small improvements could make it even better, but I was happy with my experience and would recommend it.

The House is magnificent and beautifully located on the beach. It's spotless and very comfortable (great slightly more firm pillows and a comfy bed which are big ones for me). The pool is GREAT as is the outside chill area. It's a really beautiful villa. Hasitha, the guy that was there to assist us was great - very helpful and respected out request for privacy. Communication in general was top notch. The view of the sea from the upper level is magnificent.

The house is huge, really comfortable, nice balconies and everything you need. It is really close to the beach. The family of owners are really nice. It was really calm and good to rest. I was surprised at first when I saw the pictures and description, but it is matching with what is said: 4 bedrooms, 3 stairs, 2 rooms with balconies, one rooftop, one kitchen, one living room downstairs with TV and one smaller at the first floor.

Falkennest Villa si trova a Wadduwa, a 1 km da Spiaggia di Wadduwa e 26 km da Stazione Ferroviaria di Bambalapitiya. The apartment is very modern furnished with cozy light installations and a well equipped kitchen! We really enjoyed the sri-lankan breakfast and the owners were very helpful and friendly. Its located in a calm area, so for us (3 persons) it was the perfect place to relax, go to the beach in the morning and continue our travels.
