A couple of handy things to note: My cellphone provider is SMART and I had great reception out here. Next time I'll definitely leave my big luggage in Coron and scooter out here - it's a decent way from the airport and Coron town, so I paid about PHP3,000 to get here and back.

Inigtan Lio Bamboo Cottages has a sun terrace and an outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend this place - from the reviews, we found it to be underrated. The jungle cottage is like glamping and ended up being the perfect place to spend my boyfriend’s birthday evening. The only thing that disappointed us? We didn’t have time to stay another night. We even added this to the notes, and the staff surprised us with super cute decorations to welcome him/ us for the evening. :) The staff were super friendly and helpful and offered us a welcome drink upon arrival. The cottage was beautiful and charming and very clean. The AC and hot water worked great and we loved the jungle views all around. Plus the shampoo and body wash smells amazing! Such a chic and classy and romantic interior too. There was princess-y mosquito net and comfortable bed as well, we had no problems with bugs and loved the cute cat by the campfire. And don’t forget to climb up to the lookout net in the cottage. ;) The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious and there are vegetarian options. We also enjoyed a bonfire after dinner with a nice couple also staying there for the eve. We were also able to book car transfer to the bus station in the morning. Thanks for the great stay!

Our favourite stay in all of the Philippines and we didn’t want to leave after 2 nights. Highlights: rooftop deck, excellent AC, nice kitchen to cook some meals, cold drinks in fridge, shaded hammocks for lounging in the yard, owners are super responsive with any questions. Every detail is so well thought out. FYI there’s a little store with food on main road near the dome house.

Guests at Casalay Boutique Villas & Dive will be able to enjoy activities in and around Puerto Galera, like canoeing. With an outdoor fireplace and a picnic area, this villa offers ample opportunities to relax. The location was excellent especially if you are looking for a nice and quite vacation. The staff was so polite and extremely helpful. The dive shop was amazing and the instructors and dive guides were exceptional. I would 100% recommend this place to stay at. The food was really good especially for vegetarians they did their best to cater to people's food choices. Everyone was so welcoming and just so nice to talk to. They showed us the true meaning of Filipino hospitality.

The pool is perfect for fun, big enought. Also good massage services.
