Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. we arrived at 22:00 on bicycles, fully wet and dirty. the host was waiting for us with the restaurant kitchen fully functional, dryers, warmed up heaters and "what else do you need" approach. I am thankful for that. Even when I asked if I can borrow the owner's private shoes (which would be my only dry thing for a moment), there was no problem. What else may I say. Thank you a thousand times :)

The 4 little bungalows where we stayed over the weekend, dedicated to Brda region, are located in a beautiful and calm village, surrounded by trees and vineyards. The are equipped with everything you need and offer a super relaxing experience.

The area is popular for cycling and hiking, and bike hire is available at the country house. The country house features a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and sun terrace. A real gem. We received a wonderful welcome from Mirjana, who greeted us with a glass of her fine Teran and we felt instantly at home. Skerlj is a historic wine estate which goes back six generations to 1788; our room was cosy and full of character with beautiful old furniture. Delicious breakfasts with homemade eggs, local jams and honeys etc. Mirjana gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner both nights. A lovely place to wind down and enjoy the atmosphere with the friendly cats and elderly dog. Thoroughly recommended, we can’t wait to return!

There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. This place was perfect for me, visiting family who live in the area. Absolutely everything was great - from the comfort and design of the room to the little but impressive details such as shampoo, coffee, shoe polish, umbrella, back-scratcher! It was peaceful and just a nice walk into the town. Parking no problem. Will definitely return.

I loved staying in the beautiful backyard spot, surrounded by trees and nature. I also liked the rustical vibe of the whole house, as well as the convenient location and the very kind and smiley staff.
