My husband and I arrived by car and were greeted by the hosts who were super friendly and helpful.The accommodation was near the hosts property and therefore we were able to use the pool if we wished.The gardens were beautiful ,it felt so tranquil being there especially at night .There is some building work going on nearby due to this being a new area that is being developed but that didn't bother us for we were out all day.There are shops and a market nearby, the beach is over 1 hr walk away so a car / bike is recommended especially to go exploring to other areas.The accommodation was spotless. The bed is very comfortable, T.V with Netflix, a well functioned kitchen.Instant hot water to have a shower.We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed for 5 nights and were really happy with our decision. Bungalow is new, next to the owner’s house but very private in a beautiful garden. There was big bed with a mosquito net, TV and good Wi-Fi, fridge and fan. There is also nice view to surrounding from a porch. Next to the bungalow is a bathroom with cold water, but it was what we wanted after hot day. Next to the bungalow is also nature sitting area and small bamboo resting place. Owners were really kind and welcome. We asked for a kettle and towels and there was not a problem to warmly get it from them. Since the accommodation is very private out of noisy center we recommend to have a bike to get there or use a taxi which is about 8 minutes to the Khao Lak center. Very next to the accommodation is beautiful caffeteria. Very good value for money. Accommodation is a good spot for Coconut beach near by which we loved the most from all. On the road to this beach are also very good and still cheap restaurants - maybe 10-15 walk. Grocery store about 8-10 minutes. We had a scooter to get to Waterfalls, Lamru national park, Turtle conservation center and others. If you wish to stay in private, out of resorts place, just book it. Highly recommended.

The property was very relaxing in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the main road. The property has two buildings, each with two individual living arrangements...you can choose to connect or not. Each bedroom can sleep up to 4, with one large double bed and two pull out singles. New wardrobes, and clean bathroom with shower. Simple kitchenette in each separate unit. Very clean!!! Nice pool and large covered outdoor dining /cooking /BBQ area. Each day we also got a great surprise with the fresh towels, as the housekeeper is an expert origami towel folder!
