It was perfect for a beach holiday. The beach is just 8 min walk away (and that’s my slow walk, I timed it walking with a beach chair on my back!). There are other amazing beaches in driving distance for variety. The place is perfectly equipped for self-sufficient holiday - beach chairs, cooler box etc. There is everything you need for cooking - all functioning, everything thought about. It feels like a lot of thought has gone into practicalities - it really is super user friendly and handy. I had planned to stay a week but changed my plans and stayed an extra week instead of looking for other places to just “change the scene” - there is a lot accessible in the driving distance, it’s a good base for visiting Playa Sucia (30 min) or even Crash Boat Beach (a little over an hour drive). The customer service is impeccable. Whenever I needed anything, I always got a reply in less than an hour, including on a Sunday. Top marks for this place!

Objekat La villa du soleil 971 se nalazi na atraktivnoj lokaciji u gradu Anse-Bertrand, na 12 min. Everything we needed was provided. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Other walks including to a bird hide too. Local buses safe and excellent value. Quiet location apart from the dawn chorus of cockerels, especially the one who gets up at 02.30! But you get used to them, definitely not a deal breaker. Beautiful view to the sea from the veranda. Lovely hosts who live downstairs, Chantal is great with her translation app!

Very nice host, with VERY friendly pets (dogs, cats and chickens). Lovely place, with some complementary rum and Planteur. Perfect to get out to Les Saintes for a day, not much to do in Trois-Rivieres otherwise, but perfectly nice to relax at the pool.
