We even boiled and ate the chataigne that fell from the tree in front of the kitchen window — a small, delicious taste of Tobago. Ria, one of the staff members, prepared us an incredible pepper roti — flavorful, comforting, and full of local character. This stay is perfect for nature lovers seeking peace, comfort, and good local food.
