I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ville de mont Resort and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Ville de mont Resort are truly the heart of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team that not only spoke excellent English but also exuded warmth and hospitality. The receptionists, bellboys, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Annie, whose assistance with bus ticket reservations and transportation arrangements was invaluable. Despite some minor hiccups with luggage transportation, Annie's dedication to resolving the issue late into the evening truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The efficiency of the laundry service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Not a speck of dust could be found, even on the ceiling! The attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need during their stay was evident in every aspect, from amenities to itinerary arrangements, breakfast options, and even the convenient golf car transportation service within the property.

The property is a paradise removed from main Sapa town and highly accessible to cat cat village. The host was superb and is really good with taking care of guests and helping them explore. During peak season he still allowed us to stay in his house even after checkout to help us catch a late bus. I highly recommend this stay to everyone

I stayed at the homestay alone for one night. At first I was a bit nervous, but when I arrived, everything surprised me in a good way. I didn’t feel lonely at all – everyone was so friendly. Thank you Zo and Za – such kind hosts!

It felt like a very authentic Vietnamese experience to stay at Happy Happy bungalow. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We were served vegetarian lunch and dinner as requested and everything was delicious. We also did the motorbike tour with them and it was one of the best experiences in Vietnam. We got to explore rice fields, local farms and neighbouring mountains. I’ll definitely recommend doing the tour with them if you’re staying here. They also have a puppy and a cat and they just enhance the entire experience ten-fold. It really was a happy happy stay for us.

Room was large and spacious and well lit. The family host was amazing and incredibly friendly. Breakfast and dinner were different every day and cooked with fresh ingredients (I think many vegetables were grown on site)! I prolonged my stay and would visit again without a doubt. I felt very welcome and peaceful here.

The property is clean, stylish, and surrounded by calm, natural beauty. I especially loved the staircase view it’s such a unique touch. The design of the house is artistic and cozy, and the housekeeper made everything feel even more welcoming with their warmth and attentiveness. Would love to come back again!

The room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated — cozy and charming from the moment I walked in. It was also spacious and airy, which made the stay really comfortable. One of my favorite things was the view from the room — overlooking the valley and terraced rice fields. It was absolutely dreamy, especially during sunrise or sunset. I could’ve sat there for hours just taking it all in. The coffee at the on-site café was excellent — rich and flavorful. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a cup and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The food was also delicious, with fresh veggies grown right in their own garden, which I really appreciated. The staff were all super friendly, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. The garden area is spacious, full of greenery and vibrant flowers. Just walking around the property felt calming and refreshing. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay and I’d definitely love to come back!
