From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm and attentive staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for—nothing was ever too much trouble. Their genuine smiles and personal touches made our stay feel truly special.
The food was another highlight. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or a romantic dinner, every dish exceeded our expectations.
And then there’s the pool—absolutely breathtaking! Crystal-clear water, plenty of comfortable loungers, and a serene atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The staff even brought us cool towels and refreshments while we relaxed, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to come back. This hotel is a perfect choice for anyone looking for outstanding service, delicious dining, and a gorgeous poolside experience. Highly recommend! Thank you for an unforgettable stay❣️

We had an unforgettable experience at JW Marriott Marina. The hotel is absolutely stunning—luxurious rooms, amazing views of the marina, and excellent facilities. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
What truly set our stay apart was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Luke and Faraz—both of them went above and beyond to make our visit special. Luke was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Faraz was equally impressive—attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. They both made us feel truly welcomed.
Thanks to them, our stay was smooth, relaxing, and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!
