It’s a beautiful small new hotel in the middle of a peaceful stunning landscape. The owner and his staff are very friendly and courteous. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Everything fresh right from the garden. The room was very clean and the interior and equipment was great. It was actually one of our best stays in Armenia. We can definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel!

The cottage is located high in the mountains, where it's just you. You can go for walks in the area and enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners are very nice, kind and helpful. We can also recommend dinner and breakfast, expect an incredible amount of food. This is not only a place to sleep, it's a wonderful experience that we will not forget. Thank you!

We spent 3 wonderful nights at this lovely place located right in the heart of the city — close to everything you might need, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. From the first moment, we felt amazing thanks to the warm and authentic atmosphere created by the hosts. Alex was simply fantastic — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything, making us feel as if we had known him for years. And one of the most beautiful moments of our stay was offered by the lady of the house: a morning piano concert that deeply moved us and made us feel like we were in a truly special place. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, and the entire house has a warm, personal touch, full of charm and attention to detail. Everything comes together to create that feeling of “a home away from home. For us, this experience was a solid 10 out of 10, and we will definitely return with great pleasure. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for accommodation, but for a memorable experience.

Great place surrounded with country landscapes. Comfortable staying with rural spirit, very tasty and special breakfast (strongly recommend!). We've stayed with company of 5 friends and liked everything inside the accommodation.

Great location!! Best in the whole area. Very nice cottage, lovely decorated with taste and attention. The hottub is a great plus! The host is very welcoming and the food is delicious, both diner and breakfast. Very highly recommended for everyone looking for a special night at an unbeatable place!

I liked the location. It is not far from both of the finest Yerevan grand malls - Yerevan Mall and Erebuni Mall. The hotel is 5-minutes ride from the Yerevan railway station and 25-minutes from Zvartnots airport. I liked the new and clean room, though is not spacious, but quite enough for staying alone for several days for business. I was generously shown by the hotel's owner several other rooms which are more spacious and suitable for a couple. And, on top of that, I very liked the coziness of the small inner yard and politeness and hospitality of the hotel's owner.

The rooms were large and very beautiful. The price was excellent value for what we got. The owner /staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel. It far surpassed my expectations!
