Everything was perfect! Friendly owners, beautiful views, delicious breakfast (especially the cakes), and of course an amazing view. It is a great central location for doing in town activities and exploring down the coast. Very comfortable and huge bed!

We would absolutely recommend the Augusta Appart Hotel. The renovated building was beautiful and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel’s location in Cerro Alegre was just perfect! Pilar, the manager, was adorable and very helpful during our entire stay. Don’t forget to ask her about the stray dogs she cares for ;)

I can't say enough good things about Esencia and everyone there. My stay was absolutely perfect! Much better than I was expecting. Starting with the communication days before my arrival, I received all the information that I needed. Upon my arrival I was pleased by how cute the place is and a really nice neighbourhood. The check-in process was a breeze. They also gave me a couple of great recommendations of restaurants and activities, they also reserved the restaurantes for me!
If you're thinking about staying in Viña del Mar, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Esencia!

Carolina was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed in one of the bungalows and it was really comfortable. You could walk to the main tourist spots and there was a lovely restaurant just across the road too. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Very relaxing stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Valparaíso! Location was perfect, room was super clean and had lovely views of the water and city. The delicious breakfast was a great start to our days and Paula was super friendly and helpful to us during our stay. We were travelling in motorbikes and needed to change our plans. Fortunately they had a room for us. It was wonderful to arrive to one of the kindest and warmest welcomes we have had in South America. The room was lovely, beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed with lovely linen. Fire set ready to start. It was my husbands birthday and they had made homemade chocolates and a card in our room, and recommended a restaurant to celebrate. We felt welcome and cared for. What a lovely couple.
