The costumer service offered is amazing. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the Nilo River experience.

My recent stay at the Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality from the staff. Their genuine kindness and eagerness to ensure my comfort truly made my experience unforgettable. The resort itself is a paradise nestled along the pristine coastline, boasting luxurious amenities and breathtaking views. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property is evident, from the meticulously maintained grounds to the elegantly appointed rooms. It exudes an air of sophistication and tranquility that instantly put me at ease. One of the highlights of my stay was the abundance of crystal-clear pools scattered throughout the resort. Whether I was seeking a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the water's edge, each pool provided a serene oasis to unwind and soak up the sun. Moreover, the resort's proximity to the magnificent coral reefs and stunning beach only added to its allure. Exploring the vibrant marine life while snorkeling or simply strolling along the powdery white sands was an experience like no other. Above all, it was the exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the staff that truly set this resort apart. From the moment I arrived until the moment I reluctantly departed, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations.

From the very beginning, Miss Massaouda welcomed us warmly. She showed us our room, explained the entire resort, and was always there for us throughout our stay. No matter what we needed, she always found a solution. Wow, what incredible service! Our housekeeper Mohamed was extremely attentive. He cleaned our room thoroughly every single day and surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture daily. Truly outstanding! The food and drinks were delicious and of great quality. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and consistently focused on the guests’ well-being. We felt extremely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

Breakfast was great, it was tailored to my dietary needs, it is in a very peaceful setting with a great view of the Nile. The staff were very helpful, it's like a home away from home.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff looked after me like family. The manager Reham personally picked me up at the airport at 3:00am having worked a long day because she was worried about me getting to the hotel safe. They also gave me a free upgrade. All the amenities were wonderful and it was an oasis in New Cairo. Huge thank you to the reception team that we’re so kind. The cleaners were so helpful and sweet. And the most personable and lovely manager Reham was the highlight. She made my trip one to remember- I will definitely coming back! The place was super clean, new and communication was easy and any concerns dealt with right away. Worth every penny.

Nice, clean place, surrounded by greenery with private - belong to hotel, clean swimming pool. Hotel is situated near the most important historical place in Luxor. Its really good place to take rest after sightseeing. Hotel run by two brothers who are always willing to help and advice on local tourist attractions. I recommend specially:) morning balloon flight. Rooms are comfortable and clean. All place is clean and safe. Its beautiful view from roof taras. I recommend this place.

The property is very clean and new. The location is very beautiful, it is really amazing to wake up in the morning and see the wonderful mountain of Luxor. It is a full luxury hotel in the middle of desert. The owners are very very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel.
