the summer is definitely different there I really like what they did it for us all time cold drinks juice watermelon or orange juice Breakfast always fresh and teasty thanks for everyone who's working there, about the tours were great

The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

Chill vibes by the beach , wonderful atmosphere. Great cooks there , will return again!

The view from the roof terrace is unbeatable. The location is right next to the entrance to the pyramids (from the Sphinx side). Touristy area. We felt safe the whole time. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the terrace nice to sit in in the evenings. The breakfasts were very generous - you definitely won't eat everything. There are a lot of young staff at the hotel during the day who are helpful. I would choose this place again if I went there. I recommend it.

I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.

The hotel is very new and clean. Beds are super comfortable. The staff surprised us excellently with an anniversary decoration in the room.

Finally I made my trip to Egypt, Egypt is really the country of civilization. Wow, I started to book a hotel in Cairo, and the hotel " Suzana pyramids hotel " caught my eyes, lovely pictures on their website that's why I decided to pick up this hotel and let's see how will it going? At first the manager of the hotel made a contact with me by welcoming me and offered me a shuttle to pick up me from the airport to the hotel, then offered me some of activities that I can make via the hotel, at first I accepted everything and I asked him for a shuttle for picking me up. When I arrived the airport of Cairo I started to smell the fresh air of Egypt, then I finished my all procedures inside the airport and when I get out I found the driver is waiting for me outside the airport with a sign that includes my name and the hotel name, me and the Cap moved to the hotel, and the driver was so nice and he can speak English too. When I arrived at the hotel, everything was perfect, the building of the hotel is historical one, you can see a lot of supermarkets downstairs, candy shops, cafe shops, pharmacies..etc . Also this hotel is too close to the Egyptian museum, the Nile river, old Cairo..etc. Then I get in the hotel and the reception was very clean and new, the receptionist was so nice and started to me the procedures of check in quickly, and he taked to me about the activities that make by the hotel because the offer you a private car, private cap driver, private guide ( they actually have a variety of guides in a different languages) For my room, it was so new and spacious, the furniture of my room was so cool, everything inside the room or outside are the same pictures on booking, so pictures on booking are matching with pictures the reality. The next day I decided to take Giza pyramids tour and dinner cruise tour at night, I started my day with a good breakfast with a fresh air+ hot Egyptian tea.
