I would say a luxurious hotel in a strange location. Convenient if you need an overnight stay near the airport, a few minutes to the station. Luxurious surroundings, top-class service, great view from the restaurant windows.

If you’re looking to explore Yokohama or take day trips into Tokyo, this is the most convenient location you can find. It is located just outside of Yokohama Station, and is surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants, large malls, grocery and drugstores. The hotel itself is very new, modern, and clean. There is a gym, self service luggage room, and self check-in/out. We stayed in the residential double room, and it was the perfect choice for longer stays as there is a well-equipped kitchenette (utensils, pots/pans, stovetop, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, etc) and laundry wash/dryer with detergent in the room. The rooms are beautifully designed with calming light wood tones, with high end furnishings including a Toto Neorest toilet! There was ample closet and storage space, as well as space to relax and place out luggage. This may be one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, and we have been to 20+ hotels in Japan. Cleaning staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms spotless and tidy, and reception staff were efficient and polite. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in Yokohama! We hope to be back again!

Conveniently situated in Kyoto, KABIN Kyoto provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Excellent hotel in the middle of Kyoto. The hotel is new, just opened, very beautiful, great style, combining modern and classic japanese style Rooms are very big (!!!), very wide, a lot of space next to beds, size that is not common even for Europe, letalone for Japan (we had a room for three). Price is also very very good. Personnel super profy, the whole place has a super cool vibe. We also stayed in Kyoto at another hotel, at the same price, and they don't even begin to compare. Also very close (10 min walk or less) to Teramachi shopping street, and Nishiki market.

Attractively set in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, insomnia KYOTO OIKE is situated 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.5 km from Nijo Castle and 1.8 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. Beautiful place to stay at in Kyoto! Would definitely recommend it. The washrooms are so comfortable, the beds not so much. But staff phenomenal and super clean.

Attractively situated in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto, Hotel Traveltine Kyoto Kiyamachi is situated 1.1 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.7 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto and 1.7 km... Very good location, with walking access to a lot of attractions. A bus station near by made the travelling more easier. The staff was very kind and helpfull.

Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu is set in Beppu, 20 km from Crasus Dome Oita and 12 km from Oita Station. Featuring a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It was so clean! All of the amenities were so great! The 8 different private onsens are amazing, but a bit too small for more than 3 people. The public bath is really clean, the water is pristine.
