The room was spacious, the interior well thought out, the bathroom, shower & toilet were laid out smartly and the Diptique toiletries were a nice touch. I like how the small details like the floor mat stays in place when you open the shower door, the flush is automatic when you stand up and the amenities are sustainably crafted. The eye masks were a welcome & unexpected treat! The food in the restaurants we tried were very good and the service of the staff from the front desk to the concierge to the food outlets were exceptional. And the fitness center was just WOW!

Our family room was perfect—two queen beds connected by a spacious living area, creating a cozy apartment-like feel. The room featured thoughtful amenities like a vinyl record player, a selection of books, and coloring pencils, adding a charming touch to our stay. Each morning, we looked forward to the delightful breakfast basket delivered to our door, filled with nutritious and cute items. The view from our room overlooking Saeseom Island was absolutely breathtaking.
A special mention to the female staff member (whose name I unfortunately didn't catch) who was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our queries. Her assistance made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel is very new and clean. Location is convenient, close to the market, tourist attractions, and buses. Jay and his staff are excellent. He makes you feel like family and goes out of his way to ensure your stay is pleasant. During my stay, one of my family members was unwell and he did everything he could to help.

A 3* hotel that is better than some 5* ones, it does feel like a luxury hotel! Great location, nice room with a bathtub and shower, super comfortable bed, wonderful helpful staff, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Bus stop and metro just a couple minutes walk. We also really enjoyed the movie theme. And the minibar is free of charge and refilled every day.

This feels like a 5 star hotel, large and clean rooms with everything you could need. Laundry was free also. Great location too, short 5min walk from the metro station with convenience stores within 1min walk. Strongly recommend!
