I really liked everything about this place. The staff are warm and helpful, the shared bathrooms are so clean, the rooms and bunkbeds are comfortable and spacious and they also give free breakfast. Their shared spaces are also amazing and well ventilated. What you see in the photos are really true. This place is definitely great value for money.

Above imago Mall for extreme convenience and close to come excellent coffee shops and restaurants.
Exceedingly responsive hosts who were attentive to our needs but not intrusive. Highly recommend for a stay in Kota Kinabalu.

Apart from the superb location and fabulous room, they are truly some of the best people in the world. You cannot imagine how warm and welcoming the staff are until you experience it yourself. I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat.
I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere.
On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them.
Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers.
I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.

Excellent location directly opposite Aquaria, Pavilion Bukit Bintang, and the Petronas Towers. The staff was exceptional, offering a level of hospitality comparable to the best service in Bali. Great value for money!

The team led by Ai Tee, Kanmani and Shohidul are excellent! The place is gorgeous and the rooms are huge! The location is central to every single must go place in Penang. Please note that the hotel itself is located in Little India. There are some must try restaurants in the area along with plenty of food hawker streets. The place is definitely meant to relax and enjoy the ancient Chinese architecture. Fantastic place. I will come back!
