I really liked everything about this place. The staff are warm and helpful, the shared bathrooms are so clean, the rooms and bunkbeds are comfortable and spacious and they also give free breakfast. Their shared spaces are also amazing and well ventilated. What you see in the photos are really true. This place is definitely great value for money.

Strong communication ahead of time, they took the initiative!
Very convenient positioning at imago, we went shopping and easily found restaurants. KK is small and hotel gave good tips on where to go.
Smooth check in. When we arrived at the room, I was a bit worried we wouldn't sleep well as it is so close to the airport, but we both slept like babies. Soft and comfortable bed and nice pillows helped.
We were able to see the sun set from our balcony (though a little far away).

Apart from the superb location and fabulous room, they are truly some of the best people in the world. You cannot imagine how warm and welcoming the staff are until you experience it yourself. I hadn’t even booked a room with breakfast, yet they offered me a complimentary one—and it was absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed unlimited drinks, which was such a relaxing treat.
I especially loved chatting with the young man at reception. He was incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and made us feel completely at home. We booked a few tours through the hotel as well, and they all turned out great—plus the prices were very reasonable compared to elsewhere.
On our last day, we were delayed because of an accident, and the staff were unbelievably understanding. They let us change, shower, relax, and check out later. Of course, no one should expect this every time since they may need to prepare the room for the next guests, but their kindness truly shows the level of care they have for the people staying with them.
Long story short, we felt like true guests, not just customers.
I honestly wish I could give them more than five stars.
