The Pamirs region offer some of the best high-altitude treks in the world, with beautiful sky-high scenery and the option of a breathtaking drive along the Pamir Highway. Equally wonderful excursions can be found along the border at the ruins of ancient Penjikent and the surrounding Fann Mountains. Tracing the Pyan River south from Khorog, the Wakhan Corridor is sprinkled with picturesque villages, ancient shrines and crumbling castle ruins. The corridor runs right up to the border so it’s possible to cross into Afghanistan and explore the Wakhan from the other side. A small number of large hotels are available in the capital city of Dushanbe, as well as apartments and hostels. Homestays can be found across most of the rural areas.

This hotel and its owner in Tajikistan pleasantly surprised us. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they took care of everything and provided all kinds of services.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and during our stay, Mirza was always by our side, asking if we needed anything. The hotel itself is spacious, the rooms are very clean, and it is located close to the city center.
The breakfast had plenty of variety. Their offer of airport transfer for guests was also especially nice

Wonderful host, very helpful and respectful! I was given an upgrade with no charge. Clean, spacious, good breakfast. hot shower. It also had plenty of sockets which was nice. I cannot recommend highly enough. Well worth the money.
