The hotel is well situated, has friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. The terrace is nice and spacious, the rooms are big enough with good beds, enough pillows and a large bathroom. Well thought about are the motion detection small lights under the bed and near the toilet so you dont have to light up the whole room when you go to the toilet at night.

The staff were very friendly. We had a little baby and 2 other children and they were so accommodating to us. I have never seen such a hotel, it is made to cater for those with special needs and disabilities as well as recruit them. I loved every aspect of this ❤️ As someone who works with special needs I can't express how much I loved seeing this. Everyone was really friendly and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant 😊

The owner, Elodie, met us upon arrival and accommodated our special requests. She truly made us feel welcome and a valued client. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The location is perfect. 30sec walk to the In Flanders Field Museum and the market, 15min from the train station and close to all the restaurants in Ieper. Also, a really beautiful 30min walk away from the Essex Farm Cemetery. The free breakfast has scrambled eggs & bacon, boiled eggs, cold cut meats and cheeses, pastries, cereal, yogourt, juice, coffee, etc. Exceptional value. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. We arrived at 10:30 am. Not only were we allowed to check in early, we were given an upgrade to a larger room. It had a separate room for children. This was very much appreciated. The room was clean, with air conditioning and came with a Nespresso-equivalent machine. Nice touches like cotton buds in the bathroom were appreciated. The room, being on the top floor (7th floor), offered a distant sea view and was quiet.
