Good location v close to cable car. Not flash but really friendly and best breakfast we’ve had in 2 weeks. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - even sorted a breakfast box for us at 3am.

The hotel is beautiful, absolutely beautiful, art everywhere, fine detail, the breakfast restaurant is on the rooftop with a view and most of the staff are super polite and friendly. It was central for everything I wanted to do, it was super comfy, spacious and secure.

Hotel with GREAT charm! An unforgettable experience! Nice breakfast in the lovely greenhouse included! The manager Juan Carlos is also a travel agent (Pukina Travel Bolivia) and we did a FABULOUS day-trip with him to Lake Titicaca (including a visit to an unexpected Thor Heyerdahl museum!) and the wonderful archaeological site of Tiwanaku ... delicious lunch included!
