Staff was good, breakfast was excellent. It was a very nice gym as well. I could not find a toothpaste around, that we normally get in good hotels, so that is something could add more to it. Otherwise, its overall excellent.

Lovely location above Zurich with a quiet big spa area. Rooms with a great view and breakfast was delicious. Would book again if a chance occurs.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I could get the room immediately. It's near the train station, just a short walking distance but in a very nice area. Small room, but I had everything I needed.

We recently stayed at the Plattenhof with our 7 month old son. The hotel was cute and quirky with lovely staff members who made us feel very welcome. They provided a cot free of charge and there was a high chair available for us to use in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and there was a range of options and coffee was available to make yourself or order from the team. There were also lots of baby appropriate foods available at breakfast. The hotel provided a list of activities to do and sights to see which was great and really helpful. The location was great and walking distance to the city center and there was also a tram stop just down the road which also went straight to the city.
