Everything they do at this hotel, they don’t really well. They really care about you as the customer being happy. Helped with many things such as organizing transfer to airport, travel agencies etc. Private secure parking is a real plus. Breakfast very good offering carefully selected high quality products. Calm and secure The only accommodation during my 4 weeks travel in South America that asked me a feedback about my stay. A little more costly than others in San Pedro but totally worth it.

The hotel is wonderful and we stayed in the suite, which meant that we had the special perk of having private tours in a car at our discretion. I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Kimal in San Pedro de Atacama. I stayed in one of the bungalows “Kimal Pueblo” and absolutely loved it, peaceful, charming, and very comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after long days exploring the desert. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and professional. One detail I especially appreciated was that at the end of the day, the cleaning lady would quietly pass by the room, prepare the bed for my return, and turn on the bedside lamps, such a thoughtful touch that made coming back feel so cozy and welcoming. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and the spa and hotel facilities were fantastic. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and amazing service every time. I highly recommend Hotel Kimal for anyone visiting the Atacama Desert. I would definitely stay here again!
