Everything was top-notch — from the delicious food to the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly professional and kind, making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable — clearly maintained to the highest standards. We especially loved the night shows, which offered stunning views of both the pool and the sea. Service was truly 5 stars. Highly recommended!

This hotel is really a phenomena very tastefully designed and furnished for ultimate comfort with excellent facilities and day food menus . Hospitalen is a model for other hotels of similar class. we preferred the hotel rooms rather than the outside luxury suits.

This resort and spa hotel offers everything a guest may wish for to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Arriving late after more than 12 hours travel, I was greeted by two ladies at the reception with huge welcoming smiles and asking me, if they could do anything during my stay plus being aware that I had traveled for a long time. I was greeted by a welcoming drink and a sandwich that was waiting in my room. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and sparkling in the fridge. The room was very spacious and had a lovely sea view from a huge balcony. After work late at night I was able to have a relaxing hour in the indoor heated swimming pool. The surroundings of the hotel with an outdoor pool were just amazing - the decor of the hotel was very professional and relaxing at the same time. When asking how to travel the next day to Limassol, the receptionist couldn't have been nicer plus I got a late check out for free. I certainly will try my best to return to this hotel for a holiday as I know it will be just perfect. Couldn't have a better experience! Many thanks to all staff involved.

I recently stayed at a hotel that truly impressed me with its excellent location, modern and clean facilities. During my stay, I had the opportunity to enjoy a massage, and I must say that Anna and Pamela were incredibly professional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my appointment. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. One downside was the size of the bathroom in the apartment we stayed in; it was quite small and not very modern compared to the other spacious and well-appointed rooms. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. We did encounter a temperature issue in the room, but Alina, who assisted us, was super kind and quickly provided a solution. It's truly appreciated when professionals like her can promptly address customer concerns. In general, this hotel is excellent with great facilities including a spectacular pool, spa, and good rooms. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation

The best hotel we have stayed in. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the hotel and dining area towards the beautiful sea, and even from the room we chose. The room was clean, including towels, shampoo, shower gel, lotion. Everything you need. We had a kitchen as well, which was fabulous. The staff are very friendly, including Constantinos and the cleaning ladies absolutely a superb experience. It's definitely a unique hotel and stationed right by the sea. I've been to the other hotels in the areas and this is my definite favorite. I will miss it until next time. Thank you.
