It was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I usually use 4+ stars hotels, had more luxurious ones, but here everything was just perfect. The staff was super helpful. The room felt home-like. Sapacious, too. I didn’t find a single issues during my stay.

We had a very nicely equipped duplex apartment that had a lovely terrace on which we had coffee in the morning. Clipper is in very lively and pleasant Portugiesenviertel, which boasts of cafes, bars and restaurants, and yet it was quiet enough to leave the window open at night. The rooms have just been renovated and are in great shape. There is a supermarket right next door and thank to its location you can walk to many sights such as the Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt or St Pauli. We will be back.

Wonderful breakfast - wide selections: Crispy bacon, waffles, coffee selection made for you, freshly squeezed juice. Nothing was missing here. Rooms were huge and had a huge bathtub. Nice with a balcony as well. Neighborhood is real nice and it is close to the great area of Sternschanz with great restaurants, boutique shops etc.
