Brilliant staff , perfect location close to bus and train connection walking distance to city centre . The gentleman on reception , unfortunately I forget his name , (I think that he is Belgian) checked us in and was a credit to himself and your organisation all throughout our stay WELL DONE . Mohamad did our check us in at the reception. He was so efficient, friendly, and welcoming. It's probably the best welcoming we have ever received in the hotel industry. Mohamad is definitely an asset to your company. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our request for a river view was granted. Great facilities, great breakfast. The staff are all very friendly. Parking is a win. Will definitely be back.
