Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on Christmas eve and Christmas day so there was naturally fewer staff around but those who were around were helpful and friendly. The Executive Room was also large compared to the other manor-type houses which we had stayed in. There was sufficient space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers to run around. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious.

The Elvetham is a historic 19th-century Victorian Mansion built upon the remains of a Tudor Manor and set within 35 acres of gardens.

Everything! From start to finish, the hotel was clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, vegan options, great view, a lot of greenery to go for a walk. Historic, great bedroom. Clean rooms. Everything was on point and definitely will come back again. And recommend others to go.
