We really loved the location, right in the queens street shopping district. The receptionists were absolutely lovely and really helpful, especially Joanna! We loved breakfast and the room was particularly spacious and comfortable. We will definitely come back when we return to Cardiff!

Great place close to Cardiff centre (about 10 mins by car). Free parking on site. Clean and well equipped rooms. Nice staff. Although the pub is next to the rooms, no noise was heard.

The room was excellent. Larger than a regular hotel room, fully equipped and very comfortable. The staff were outstanding and went to great lengths to make me feel welcome and well looked after. The breakfast was first class. The hotel is just across the road from Cardiff city centre.
