The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was polite, helpful and very professional. This is what really makes this place special. We also liked all the hotel facilities and the location that was really close to the ski-lift.

Great food and variety. Nice pool with indoor and outdoor areas. Dogs allowed in bedrooms and lounge area, and there is a dining room set aside for those that wish to have their dog with them when eating. There is an extra cost per night for the dog plus end cleaning charge. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel Valserhof is set in the heart of the Val Pusteria, surrounded by the Dolomites. The views here are simply unforgettable.

Perfect staying, super relaxing. the location is amazing to do some walks and sport in the area. I loved the afternoon break
