I really liked the Staff, Specially Emmanuel and Simone, They were exceptional with the customer service. They went beyond their duty to assist us. The kitchen staff in the morning breakfast is commendable.

Opposite the entrance to the Pompeii excavations, this hotel is situated in the heart of the town, just a 5-minute walk away from the main Piazza.

Excellent staff, always on hand, very friendly and can't do enough for the patrons. Very clean and tidy. Very quiet. Would I visit again? Most definitely.

The location was perfect! You need a car to get there. Too dangerous to walk around as the roads have very little footpaths

From the minute we arrived we were delighted with our choice of hotel. Even though it was a bit outside village they had shuttle bus to bring you to village/train station. Reception staff were fab and very helpful, Vincenco the driver was very nice. Patrizia, Tanya and Zaira in the Eden Spa were really great. Pool was fab. Restaurant staff were top professionals

Rich decorated building. Very nice territory. We slept well, enjoyed our breakfast and spent some very peaceful hours here. There was some event in the evening in the banquet hall, but it doesn't interfere. Seems that it's a place for events so may be it's not so comfortable in other days We loved rose bushes (red and white) and saw two cats black and white. I think there can be a kind of story :)

The location was great and the view was amazing. You can see my Vesuvius across the water. The staff were all really friendly and the food is amazing !!!
