Very big apartment, The cleanliness, tranquillity and friendly staff. Ideal family apartment for maximum 6 persons, and very close to Arpico store. We ordered 2 extra soft pillows which we got them and was really extra soft. Kitchen is well equipped. Room service breakfast is possible. The taxi service was excellent also with a host to guide and stay with you for the whole day, this was super nice and we feel very secure with our driver/host Mr. Rizwan. A special thanks also to Dilshan .

Breakfast in Plates was outstanding and dinner at the Lagoon was special. What is so good about the Cinnamon Grand are the staff who have been around for some time. They welcome us back and make us feel we are at home from home.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip and it couldn't have been a better way to end the holiday. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious (beautifully runny poached eggs at breakfast) and the service was fantastic. Wish we'd had more than one night!

Wonderful 100m pool. The room was very large and airy. The bathroom again was spacious.
