The room was clean well decorated and we slept well in the bed. There was a fridge and a safe for your valuables. The bathroom was fully equipped and a reasonable size. Breakfast you could have a full English or Continental and you helped yourself. The pool was of a good size and clean. There was a good lounge with a bar.

If you are looking for a place that is an integral part of the local history and culture, this is the place for you. Although there is no parking due to traffic police regulations inside the wall, you can park your car very close to the hotel on the other side of the wall. Very clean rooms, clean and fragrant bed linen. Very hot shower with a large flow of water. Wonderful small breakfast with regional cheeses, fresh and hot coffee, very good scrambled eggs.

The check-in system was very accessible and the owner very helpful. The house is very beautiful, very traditional and very cosy.

I like the breakfast and staff service. Staff cant speak English but very nice and helpful.
