Modern hotel with stunning views from every room, across the Douro River valley. Parking outside the door. Great meals and (mostly) very friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed it so much, we extended our stay by a day. It was fun having a pool table to while away a rainy day.

Upmarket, beautiful location and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the wine barrel experience was first class and we had a great dinner on the balconey of the restaurant with beautiful views.
